Resolved - A deployment at 09:44 CET caused a partial outage of the Tracking Stream API. The issue was quickly identified and a fix was implemented.

The service fully recovered by 10:05 CET. No data loss occurred. Clients that reconnected using their last received position_token successfully received all data generated during the affected window (09:44–10:05 CET).
